She's my one child at home that likes to look at our blog. She loves to hear the funny stories over and over again. She wants to know what people's responses are.
Lately she has been trying to do silly things that might make it onto the blog. At first I didn't notice. Then after about the 10th goofy thing she did in a row for me, I laughed out loud. (I always do the small chuckle and tell her she is funny or silly or crazy when she's trying to be funny. I don't ignore her.) I can't remember what she actually did exactly, I just remember that it struck me as funny. Finally when she got the response that she wanted, she says to me, "Put that in your blog." in a very sarcastic, sassy, I dare you kind of tone. Then I laughed even harder and said, "Oh I will."
Honestly, Lilly does cute, sweet, and wonderfully funny things everyday that are blog worthy. She's also 8 and gets a little self conscious about most things. I would get in trouble if I wrote it all down and shared it. She would get mad and stop telling me secrets and being uninhibited around me. To me that is worth more than anything I can think of. I love my Lilly so much. So before you get to read this, she will have to give her approval.
